The Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) reported that housing sales in Airdrie saw an increase in both sales and new listings in the second quarter. Prices for detached, semi-detached, row style, and apartment style homes all experienced significant gains year over year and quarter over quarter. Despite the rise in new listings, supply challenges persist in the Airdrie market. Sales have increased by one percent compared to last year, while new listings have jumped by around 13 percent. Airdrie's current inventory levels have also increased by 6.93 percent year over year.
