Airdrie's benchmark home price has reached $546,300, with a 24% increase in sales. Okotoks saw a 43% rise in sales and a benchmark price of $618,300, while Cochrane's sales grew nearly 12% to a benchmark of $571,800. Chestermere's benchmark increased close to 7% to $701,400 despite a 6% drop in sales. Canmore remains the most expensive market at $1,031,600, with a 2% decrease in sales. Many communities with falling sales also saw a decline in new listings, except for Chestermere and Okotoks, which experienced significant increases.
