Calgary homes log modest price growth

In November, Calgary experienced a slowdown in condo supply and sales, while row home sales increased by 24% to 330 units, with a benchmark price rise of 7% to $454,300. Overall, resale transactions rose slightly by less than 1% year over year, totaling 1,797. The benchmark price for all housing types grew by 3.5% to $587,900. New listings and inventory also increased, with single-family detached homes leading in sales. However, apartment sales fell by 24%, despite a 9% rise in benchmark price to $337,800.
